The Springfield 1911 EMP 9mm arrived yesterday at my FFL transfer agent and I picked it up less than an hour after it arrived. It arrived in perfect condition in addition to the very fast three day delivery.   The pistol is a mint specimen with all the accessories and factory literature.  It is so new that after all these years, Springfield changed the prefix on the serial number from EMP to NM, unknown to both the FFL gunsmiths and myself. I can't believe how smooth, and yet without any play, the slide action is on this brand new handgun. I spent yesterday afternoon field stripping the pistol, cleaning the factory lubricant and applying new slide and other lubricants.  It is all ready for field testing in the desert today if the weather cooperates. Thank you for this gorgeous 1911 model pistol, your great shipping packaging and the outstanding service you provided to me during the purchase process.

Solid customer service. I was shopping for a tactical medic kit and they took the time to walk me through all the different options and it wasn't until I started pushing and asking for their opinion that they even mentioned the high dollar kits (MyMedic).
