Shipping and Returns Policy

Before making a purchase, we kindly ask you to review our shipping information below.

We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping with free shipping over $500

AK & HI shipments will be additional shipping charges, please contact us before placing your order.

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in strict accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

It’s essential to check your local and state laws before placing an order, as certain items may be restricted or prohibited in your area.

2. Purchasing Firearms Online:

We can only ship firearms to individuals holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL).

If you purchase a firearm online, you can either pick it up at our store or have it shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you.

We may verify the FFL you select during checkout before shipping your firearm(s). Please ensure you contact the receiving FFL licensee before making a purchase.

3. Changing, Modifying, Substituting Orders:

We understand that errors can occur.

If you need to modify an existing order, please note that we do not make changes directly due to security reasons.

Instead, the order will be canceled if if the item has not shipped yet, and you will be refunded the full amount minus a $10 charge.

You can then replace the order on the website. Please be aware that transaction lead times will restart at this point.

4. Returns, Canceled Orders, and Order Fulfillment:

All sales are final, including firearms, ammunition, and optics.

Failure to provide necessary documents for your order within 10 days will result in order cancellation, and funds will be returned minus the 15% restocking fee.

Orders are typically shipped within 3 – 10 business days (once documentation is processed) from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory using reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Please note, not all firearm brands allow drop shipping, and must come to our warehouse first to then re-ship to you.

This is manufacture policy for certain brands, which then increases shipping times.

We take pride in making sure you receive your products quickly, but please remember that due to ATF regulations, that Amazon prime speeds are not possible.

Holidays and weekends will slow order fulfillment times depending on suppliers holiday schedules.

5. Order issues, Damaged packages.

You have 10 days after delivery date to inspect your firearms before transfer from your dealer,

if there is any damage from shipment DO NOT TAKE TRANSFER, Contact us immediately!

After 10 days, or transfered you, damage claims are forfeited.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Sales@hdtac.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
